Own multiple workstreams within simultaneous projects by working on identifying, sequencing, and delivering requirements to drive Target’s supply chain forward to meet current and future needs.

• Projects will result in an enhanced Guest experience by increasing the speed and accuracy of processing of goods through the internal supply chain.
• Understand the ripple effect of decisions and gather inputs from impacted parties to make data driven decisions
• Work with cross functional teams to provide project input and direction
• Collaborate with Regional Engineering Director to hire and onboard site maintenance teams
•  Develop job breakdowns and training playbooks for site maintenance teams
• Develop testing and acceptance standards for newly installed material handling equipment
• Problem Solving and strategy development
• Muti-site remote leadership
• Ability to take ownership of multiple work streams and simultaneous projects
• Connections to other teams and leaders within Target
• Experience using Continuous Improvement to drive decisions
• Development and training of new site teams
